रिफ़ंड व रद्द करने की नीति (Refund & Cancellation Policy)

परामर्श (कॉल / वीडियो कॉल)

• शुल्क केवल बात शुरू होने के बाद, हर शुरू हुए मिनट का कटता है।
• ज्योतिषी ने न उठाया या बात शुरू ही नहीं हुई — कोई पैसा नहीं कटता।

कुंडली PDF (₹101)

• PDF मिल जाने के बाद डिजिटल सामग्री होने से उस डाउनलोड का रिफ़ंड नहीं होता।

बटुआ (Wallet) रिचार्ज

• ग़लती से दो बार कटा पैसा, या पैसा कटा पर बटुए में नहीं जुड़ा — पूरा पैसा उसी बैंक / UPI / कार्ड में वापस।

समय

स्वीकृत रिफ़ंड 5–7 कार्य-दिवस में उसी भुगतान माध्यम में पहुँचता है (बैंक के अनुसार थोड़ा अधिक समय भी लग सकता है)।

कैसे माँगें

अपना पंजीकृत मोबाइल नंबर, तारीख़ और समस्या लिखकर [email protected] पर भेजें।

English summary: Consultations are charged only per started minute after the session begins; no charge if the astrologer does not answer. Each PDF download (₹101) is digital content and is non-refundable once delivered. Duplicate or failed wallet payments are refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Consultations (call / video call)

• Fees are deducted only after the session starts, for every started minute.
• If the astrologer did not answer or the session never started — no money is deducted.

Kundali PDF (₹101)

• Once the PDF is delivered, being digital content, that download is not refundable.

Wallet recharge

• Money deducted twice by mistake, or deducted but not added to the wallet — the full amount is returned to the same bank / UPI / card.

Timeline

Approved refunds reach the same payment method within 5–7 working days (banks may take slightly longer).
