What we collect
Name, mobile number, email; the birth details you enter (date, time, place); records of appointments and consultations (with which astrologer, when, how many minutes, fee); wallet transactions.
Why
To run your account, send OTPs, create charts, connect consultations, send appointment notifications and keep payment records. Your information is not sold and is not shared for advertising.
Birthday / anniversary
After your first wallet top-up we ask (optionally) for your gender, date/time/place of birth and anniversary. Wishes and offers on your birthday/anniversary are sent by email / WhatsApp only if you have given consent. You can withdraw consent at any time from "My Account → 📝 My details", or by email.
The customer list is kept securely in our own Google account (Google Sheets), which only we can see.
Payments
Card / UPI / bank details are collected by Razorpay; your card number or UPI PIN never reaches our servers.
Passwords
Passwords are never stored directly — only as a secure hash.
Conversations and recordings
Chat messages are deleted as soon as the session ends. Video call recordings are deleted automatically after 24 hours.
Astrologers
For the consultation, the astrologer sees your name, mobile number, email, question and the birth details you sent. Astrologers' private details (number, email) are not shown to customers.
Your rights
To see, correct or delete your information or account, write to
[email protected]; action will be taken within 7 working days (records of transactions required by law may be retained).
Cookies / storage
The website stores only a token in your browser to keep you signed in (and your chosen language); there is no advertising tracking.
